We get it—life happens and sometimes things come up that you can't avoid. If you find yourself with a conflict for a course you’re already signed up for, we’ll do our best to work with you and make the necessary adjustments to get you scheduled for a future course.
Below is our "Course Cancellation and Registration Change Policy"
Full refund up to 1 week prior to your scheduled class.
100% refund within 1 week of scheduled course, minus a $50 administrative fee per student affected.
Full refund up to 1 week prior to your scheduled class.
50% refund within 1 week of scheduled course.
No Refunds will be given for students who cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled course or are a "no show" for class.

SPARK CPR is not responsible for login or technical issues with American Heart Association online courses.
We reserve the right to cancel a class due to emergencies or other extenuating circumstances. If a course is canceled, students will be allowed to reschedule to another course at no cost, or will be issued a full refund.
Every effort will be made to send certification cards within 2 business days after the end of the course, however please allow for 30 business days to receive your card.
it is the American Heart Association's policy to allow for 30 days for a course completion card to be issued.
Students who do not pass the course per American Heart Association standard will be required to pay for, and register for a future course if they wish to become certified.
Students will be given the opportunity for remediation and continued instruction/ coaching, however if the instructor deems the student incompetent due to failing the skills session and/or the written test after remediation is given, the student will NOT receive an AHA completion card.
